  • Since January 2010, Mikołaj Dowgielewicz was responsible for European Affairs at the MFA. Prior to this, since late 2007, he was Secretary of State at the Office of the Committee for European Integration and Secretary of the Committee for European Integration. In July 2008 he was appointed as the Government Plenipotentiary for the preparation of government administrative bodies to hold the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union by the Republic of Poland.
