On 8th May 2008 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, Mr Radosław Sikorski, will pay a working visit to Denmark.

        During his stay in Copenhagen Minister R. Sikorski will meet the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr Per Stig Møller, as well as the Committee for Foreign Affairs of the Danish Parliament (Folketing). The meetings will be devoted to discussing European affairs related to the implementation of the Lisbon Treaty, the climate and energy package, the European Union budget as well as global issues related to counteracting climate change. Other issues to be discussed include the following: international and energy related safety, including cooperation with Denmark over the diversification of supplies of energy carriers to Polish and EU markets.
