Third meeting of the Polish-Ukrainian Partnership Forum

Third meeting of the Polish-Ukrainian Partnership Forum will be held on 20-21 December 2011 at the Palace on the Water in the Łazienki Park in Warsaw. The Forum was established in February 2011 during the 3rd Executive Council of the Polish and Ukrainian Ministries of Foreign Affairs.

The meeting will be devoted to the issue of Ukraine’s European integration, the economy and co-operation between Poland and Ukraine in the field of culture, science, education and trainings for the young. The Forum will be co-chaired by Janusz Onyszkiewicz of Poland and by former Prime Minister Anatolij Kinach of Ukraine.

The opening speech will be delivered by former  Prime Minister of Poland Tadeusz Mazowiecki. Among the panelist are: prof. Adam Daniel Rotfeld, prof. Zdzisław Najder, prof. Jerzy Axer and Jacek Piechota. The invitees also include: former Deputy Finance Minister Stefan Kawalec, Members of the European Parliament Paweł Kowal and Paweł Zalewski, Senator Marek Borowski, Member of the Polish Parliament Marcin Święcicki, member of the Institute of National Remembrance Council Grzegorz Motyka as well as Prof. Jerzy Posłuszny, President of the School of Law and Public Administration in Przemyśl – Rzeszów.
