The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, Radosław Sikorski met Vice-President Richard Cheney. Sikorski, during his first day of the visit to the United States of America also had given speech on Poland's role in the future of the transatlantic relationships to the American Enterprise Institute. That was followed by ceremony at the Communist Victims Memorial downtown Washington.
