On 19th August 2008 in Brussels, a meeting of the NATO North Atlantic Council is taking place at foreign minister level. The Polish delegation will be lead by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Radosław Sikorski.

        This informal meeting between the foreign ministers of NATO member countries is connected with the events taking place in Georgia. The meeting is devoted to an evaluation of the current situation in the country and a discussion of the possible forms of help that the Alliance can provide in order to resolve the conflict.
