The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Radosław Sikorski, was heading the Polish delegation on 8th December at the meeting of the European Union General Affairs and External Relations Council in Brussels.

        The meeting was devoted to discussing the situation in the Western Balkans, Pakistan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Middle East. The agenda of the meeting also envisaged a discussion regarding the report from the review of the European Security Strategy and the status of the Doha round of World Trade Organisation negotiations.
