On 27 January 2012, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mikołaj Dowgielewicz will lead the Polish delegation to the General Affairs Council meeting in Brussels.
During the meeting, ministers will discuss the next Multiannual Financial Framework. Negotiations on the EU budget for 2014-2020 are a key challenge facing the Poland-Denmark-Cyprus “Presidency trio”. The agenda also includes a presentation of the Danish Presidency’s priorities. The ministers will sum up the most important decisions made during the recent European Council meeting (9 December 2011). A preliminary program of the March EU summit (1-2 March 2012) will also be presented. Press Office |
