A consultation meeting of the Deputy Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Poland, Germany and Russia was held in Warsaw on 16 January 2012. Participants included Emily Haber, Deputy Foreign Minister of Germany; Jerzy Pomianowski, Undersecretary of State, MFA Poland; and Vladimir Titov, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister.
The consultation meeting was organized in the run-up to the second trilateral Foreign Ministers' meeting to be held in Berlin in the spring of 2012. The meeting's agenda included EU-Russia relations and potential fields of trilateral cooperation. The Deputy Ministers also discussed key international policy issues.
