On  February 20  2008 the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Radosław Sikorski met the Secretary General of the EU, the EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP), Mr. Javier Solana. The topics of the discussion were focused on the current agenda of CFSP including, among other things, the Kosovo, Iran, Afghanistan and Middle East Peace Process issues. Also discussed were the issues associated with the eastern dimension of the EU and the preparation of the European institutions for the implementation of the Treaty of Lisbon  with respect to CFSP.
